Owner | CEO | Designer
Founder of KBL Development, Kcrystal has led the company’s growth since 2015. With a background in real estate, design, and construction—including experience as a licensed Realtor—she has built KBL into a one-stop solution for residential and commercial projects.
Her leadership focuses on strategic growth, client experience, and delivering high-quality results.

B.A. in History, Regent University
Outside of Work:
Travel, gardening, family time, and home design
Luke Boschma
Owner | Project Manager
Luke manages all aspects of construction, including permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution. Known for his attention to detail and big-picture oversight, he ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

B.A. in Business Administration, Washington State University
Outside of Work:
Golf, dirt biking, hunting, and camping
Erik Sangkaen
Federal Program Director
Erik leads government contracting efforts, focusing on compliance, contract management, and stakeholder coordination. His role ensures projects meet federal standards while maintaining efficiency and quality.

MBA, University of Maryland
